Do you need to know about the wenger-tent?

What is a wenger-tent?

Actually Wenger were the manufacturers of the now famous Swiss Army Knife back in 1893. These days they make a top range of Wenger-tent and other camping accessories.

Like all the manufacturers Wenger tents are available in a wide variety of sizes, that range from 1 room up to 4 rooms. The Wenger tent has a unique shape, and while they are classified as dome, they tend to stand out when among other tents

Roomy and spacious, Wenger tents, usually contain three to four rooms and can sleep 8-10 people. They include a roll-top folding table, mud mat & mesh pockets.

For people with large families or groups that want to travel together, Wenger’s outdoor tents make an excellent choice because of their design.

The Wenger-tent has a polyester taffeta tent body with a double pass polyurethane coating floor. The average price for a small Wenger tent is around $70 for a 1 person tent up to around $300 for a large 10 person tent with a massive 172 sq feet of living space.

The wenger-tent also incorporates a hoop fly frame to increase stability and facilitate easy entry or exit to the tent. The footprint is 9 x 9 feet to give a 65.5 square foot area with a center height of 56 inches.

The Geneva I wenger-tent has a flex-style door and a Dutch D-style door for easy access along with 2 inside-zipped bay windows. The integral mud mat is attached to the ground in front of the entry door to assist in maintaining floor cleanliness

The tent also offers a number of storage options that include a gear loft organizer, an e-port for electrical cord access (what a good idea) and a shoe pocket. The tent frame is constructed of shock-corded fiberglass poles which are sensibly color-coded to make erection quick and easy
