So what is a Class-A-Motor-home?

There are a wide array of different class-a types available, ranging from the very basic entry level units up to the high-line luxury models. I like to think of Class A RV's as cruising land yachts.

Essentially a class-a-motor-home is one that is built on a self-propelled and motorized chassis that is specifically designed for the purpose.

They often resemble a bus without so many windows. They also incorporate galley cooking facilities, refrigeration, toilet and HVAC, potable water system, gas supply system, an AC power system and sleeping quarters.

As the class-a-motor-home can tend to get a little too large to run about town and sightsee in, and most tow a small vehicle behind when they go RV-camping.
